Ben is exactly what one looks for in an Electrician; Knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, patient, as well as transparent and reasonable with pricing. It is no wonder he has so many outstanding reviews. As a homeowner, it was such a breath of fresh air to have a professional like Ben provide the best customer service imaginable. No high pressure sales tactics or misleading information - just straight talk in the most polite and caring manor possible. I cannot recommend Ben enough.

Ben, a. k. a., Precision Electric of Greensboro did an outstanding job with the services he provided. Ben was very professional, thorough and of course knowledgeable about what he was doing. He cleaned behind himself as he worked and cleaned more afterwards. I am impressed with him! (I am not easily impressed ☺️) It was like a breath of fresh air to find someone who upholds the standards of great workmanship like the good ole days! I highly recommend Precision Electric of Greensboro for any of your electrical needs.

I am very happy with the work Ben did with installing a Level 2 EV charger and supporting 60-amp circuit. He handled all the permitting, kept me in the loop on the inspection, and provided the paperwork needed for Duke power. Furthermore, my service was not conveniently located to where the charger needed to be installed and Ben was did a great job of running the line and keeping it neat and tidy. Overall, I found Ben professional with great communication, knowledge, and fair price for the work performed. Highly recommend.

Ben did a major upgrade to our electrical service, from 150amp to 350amp. This included a new meter base, disconnect switch and 200amp breaker panel. He also installed a EV car charger and induction cooktop. He was very meticulous making sure it was installed correctly and also looked good. Everything he did passed on the first county inspection. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him.
